I have worked closely with Caroline in two major change projects, both of which required turnaround in a very tight timescale.

Caroline was our Data Protection Officer across 5 primary schools within a Trust. She has expert knowledge of data protection law and GDPR within the education sector, which enables her to educate the schools and its staff on important compliance requirements, training staff involved in data processing as required.

Caroline ensured policies and procedures were implemented in line with regulatory, audits were conducted to ensure compliance and address potential issues and subsequent support to address actions identified.

Caroline is easily contactable and provides excellent remote support, particularly in regards to Subject Access Requests, serving as the point of contact between the school and relevant authorities.
